Mrs. Vijaylaxmi Joshi, born on August 1, 1958, is an esteemed Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. With a distinguished career as a 1980 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre, she brings extensive experience and expertise to the Board, particularly in areas such as CSR, finance, corporate governance, and sustainability.

Throughout her illustrious career, Mrs. Joshi has held significant positions at both the State and Central levels, showcasing exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities. Notably, she has served in key roles such as Joint and Additional Secretary in the Commerce Ministry and as Secretary in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj. She played a pivotal role in the impactful Swachh Bharat Abhiyan as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation. Additionally, her tenure as Managing Director of Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd exemplified her leadership in the government sector.

As a Director on the Boards of Adani Enterprises Limited and GHCL Textiles Limited, Mrs. Joshi brings her expertise in finance, accounts, and corporate governance. She actively contributes as a member of the Audit Committee in both companies, ensuring financial transparency.
