Coming from a farming family in Ankolvadi village, Talala, Ayushi Makhani began her career journey after completing BPO training at VTI Talala. She joined Balaji Multiflex Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot, as a Back-Office Assistant. With determination, a positive mindset, and continuous learning, Ayushi progressed to the role of Account Finance and Stock ERP Officer.
