Coming from a farming family in Shepa, Talala, Akshay Zankat started his career after completing Assistant Electrician training at VTI Talala. He joined Harshal Electrical Pvt. Ltd. as a Junior Technician.

With determination and continuous learning, he progressed to become a Senior Technician at Bus Rapid Transit System.

Today, he earns Rs. 28,000 per month and credits VTI Talala’s training and guidance for building his skills and confidence.
