Kamliya Ridhi and Kamliya Hemangi from Nathej village, Una Taluka, transformed their aspirations into reality through the BPO training program at GHCL VTI Jafrabad.

Coming from a lower-middle-class farming family facing financial challenges, they gained industry-relevant skills, communication abilities, customer service expertise, practical workplace exposure, and professional confidence through the program.

The training equipped them with the knowledge and competencies required to succeed in a corporate environment. Their dedication helped them secure jobs as Customer Service Associates at ISON Experiences, Vadodara. Today, they contribute ₹32,000 per month to their family income, improving their financial stability.

Their journey reflects how GHCL VTI is empowering rural youth with employability skills that lead to sustainable livelihoods and brighter futures.
