The very next day, determined and hopeful, Kusum visited VTI Talala with her father. With conviction in her voice and dreams in her heart, she convinced him to allow her to enroll.

Kusum embraced the 4-month training program wholeheartedly, sharpening her soft skills and growing with every session. Her dedication paid off when she was selected as an Admin Assistant at Dharti Agro Pvt. Ltd. In Rajkot with a net salary of RS. 15,500, along with free food and accommodation. Today, Kusum proudly says, “VTI is not just a training center. It’s a life-changing center, a place where you find support, growth, and a new direction.”
