Meet Umang Chavda from Vadala Gir village, the son of a hardworking tailor with big dreams. Umang’s professional journey began at VTI Talala, where he enrolled in the BPO training program. In just six months, Umang’s excellent performance earned him a promotion to Senior Sales Executive, boosting his earnings to ₹20,300 plus incentives.
