Mr. Neelabh Dalmia is a strategic business leader with over 20 years of experience in driving growth, diversification, and innovation across sectors. As Executive Director and Whole-Time Director at GHCL, he plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s long-term growth strategy, with a focus on greenfield and brownfield expansions, strategic investments, product innovation, and sustainability-led transformation.

A Kelley School of Business (Indiana University, USA) MBA with a strong foundation in finance and entrepreneurship, Mr. Dalmia has led key initiatives such as GHCL’s entry into captive renewable energy, large-scale carbon sequestration through mangrove plantations, adoption of green logistics, and expansion into new chemical product lines. He also spearheaded the successful demerger of GHCL’s textiles business into a separate listed entity, enhancing strategic clarity and unlocking value.

Mr. Dalmia is a key member of GHCL’s core committees on CSR, sustainability, risk, and stakeholder relations, contributing deep insight on governance, financial planning, and operational excellence. Beyond the boardroom, he is a passionate advocate for social impact, supporting education, women empowerment, forest-based livelihoods, and sustainable development through innovative CSR models.
