Rupesh Hirabhai Parmar belongs to Lati village from Sutrapada Taluka. His father is a Mason and his mother is a housewife. Rupesh had to drop out of regular studies and completed 12th standard from open school because of his weak financial conditions. He was working with his father as a labourer. During this time, Rupesh heard about the VTI center Sutrapada and took admission in the BPO trade. After completing his training, he got a job in Opwell Ceramic Pvt Ltd Morbi as a marketing executive with a salary of Rs. 23,000.
