Kajalben, an Anganwadi worker in Mitiyala, witnessed low attendance and poor infrastructure for years. With support from GHCL Foundation Trust and Swadeep Shikshan Vikas, the centre was revitalized through BaLA-based renovation, learning materials, and training. Attendance nearly doubled, and community participation improved. Today, the Anganwadi has become a vibrant, engaging learning space, inspiring children, parents, and nearby centres—showcasing the impact of collaboration and grassroots development.
