Hetal, a bright and determined young woman from Moraj village, always dreamed big. Growing up in a family of seven, with her father working as a farmer, she knew the value of hard work early on. Despite financial struggles, she held on to her passion for communication and marketing.

When she heard about the GHCL-VTI program, Hetal visited the center with her family. Inspired by its possibilities, she enrolled in the BPO course. Her commitment was unwavering—she learned computer skills, built her confidence, and honed her marketing abilities.

After completing her training, Hetal made a bold move to Morbi city. Today, she works as a Marketing Executive at Flais Granite LLP, earning  Rs.25,000 per month.

From a small village to a thriving career, Hetal’s journey shows that with the right opportunity and determination, dreams can turn into reality.
