Mr. Jayesh P. Shah, Vice President – Industrial Relations is responsible for all matters related to social wellbeing of employees and workers. Mr. Shah joined GHCL in April 2012 as VP – Industrial Relations. He has been responsible for strategic policy formation for a proactive IR and overall statutory compliance regarding various HR policies and issues. Mr. Jayesh P Shah has a Master’s Degree in Social Welfare and an expertise in handling difficult situations which stems from his rich experience in IR. He comes with an in depth knowledge and varied IR exposure of almost three decades across various industries.
